Terms and Conditions
Terms for using WormTime and its scheduling messages
Last updated May 2, 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern use of WormTime, including host event management, guest participation links, and transactional scheduling messages sent through the service.
Service description
WormTime is a scheduling tool that helps hosts collect guest availability, narrow date and time options, optionally coordinate carpools, and share scheduling updates through web links, email, and SMS.
Carpool consent
When a host enables optional carpool, guests may choose to share driver or rider details for that event. Submitting driver or rider details authorizes WormTime to store event-scoped home-location data, lets the event host read those carpool details for that event, lets Geoapify receive raw search text or raw address text during place search or geocoding, and lets Geoapify or openrouteservice receive routing coordinates when WormTime plans event carpools.
Guests may instead choose I will not use carpool. That opt-out path skips home-location storage and vendor routing for that event.
Transactional messaging program
Program name: WormTime scheduling messages.
Program description: WormTime may send transactional SMS messages related to a specific event workflow. These messages can include invite links, reminders, time-poll availability requests, and final scheduling results.

Consent to receive messages
Guests may receive transactional SMS messages related to a specific event workflow, including invite links, reminders, time-poll availability requests, and final scheduling results. Consent to receive such messages must be obtained through WormTime's applicable event workflow or other supported consent method for that event. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.

Availability and changes
WormTime may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated terms are posted means you accept the revised terms.
